From 1796 to 1807, the capital of Georgia was "Louisville." Why was the city was named "Louisville"?

It's because the city is named after King Louis XVI of France
King Louis XVI of France was regarded as United States' most important ally during the revolutionary war against Britain.
After the revolution, many settlers that went to the city banded up and demanded to rename the city in order to Honor the King.
