the answer to this question is Secondary drive
Secondary drive refers to the drive that is not caused by basic needs (food, clothes , shelter) but rather to be developed througn conditioning.
Things that included in seconday drive tend to be tertiary needs, such as fame, wealth, power, luxury lifestyle, etc.
