X^2+4(X+1)=64

X^2+4X+4-64=0

X^2+4X-60=0

(X-6)(X+10)=0

X-6=0

X=6 ANS.FOR THE SMALLER INTEGER.

6+1=7 ANS. FOR THE LARGER INTEGER.

6^2+4*7=64

36+28=64

64=64
