First we rearrange to make x = a number

9x + 27 = 27     <- subtract 27 from both sides
9x = 0

When x ='s a number there is 1 solution. 
The answer is 1 solution.

Here are some examples to distinguish how many solutions something has:
> No solution, 0 = 12
> One solution, Y = 6
> Infinite solutions, 0 = 0
